HOW IT WORKS
The Current Situation
A quarter of people currently have poor levels of mental and emotional wellbeing, including nearly a third of all women.
Only 15 percent of employees are engaged in the workplace. This means that the majority of workforce are either viewing their workplace negatively or only doing the bare minimum to make it through the day, with little to no emotional attachment.
The Typical Response
A number of mental health and wellbeing programs have been introduced to address the need. These programs typically provide a variety of strategies that would be beneficial for each individual – if they were motivated to implement them.
The Gap
Many of the types of initiatives within the market fail because they assume everyone will benefit from the same intervention. Or they assume the individual understands which intervention is most likely to benefit them.
This evaluation is unlikely to occur particularly when individuals are already suffering from symptoms of disengagement and mental distress.
This can lead to individuals implementing a general strategy / program that can increase stress symptoms or result in further disillusionment due to its lack of effectiveness.
The Solution
JumpStreams is different.
The program is designed to help participants identify strategies that will uniquely work for them.
Based upon what makes them unique, they will identify strategies that are most likely to provide the greatest return for their efforts. Strategies that boost their mental health and engagement resulting in promoting overall happiness.
